Delete a Morrow Plan account
You can delete a Morrow Plan account and its cloud notebook from any modern browser; reinstalling the Android app is not required.
- Open Morrow Plan on the web.
- Open Account & sync.
- Sign in using the account's password or an email link.
- Select Delete account and cloud data.
- Confirm Delete permanently.
This deletes the Firebase Authentication account and its Firestore entries, Ladder records, media descriptors, and reported installation records. It also clears the account-scoped local cache on the device or browser where you perform the deletion, including media files in that account notebook. It does not erase a separate guest notebook, JSON exports, clipboard copies, or an offline cache that remains on another device. Photo and voice-note files are not uploaded by Morrow Plan.
If you cannot sign in, email support@morrowplan.com from the account address and request account deletion.
