Your notebook and account
The device notebook stays on that device. Account features provide cloud backup and sync for supported notebook data. Photo and voice-note files currently stay on their originating device; they are not cloud media backups. See Privacy for details.
Why you might receive a sign-in email
Account emails help you sign in or confirm an action you request. They are not newsletters. Request them only for an address you control and never share a sign-in link or code with anyone, including support.
Eight-digit sign-in codes from login@morrowplan.com are being tested before wider availability. Each code expires after ten minutes. Use the sign-in options currently shown in your app.
If you did not request a code, ignore it. If requests repeat, contact support without including the code.
Help, privacy and deletion
Email support@morrowplan.com for help, privacy questions or unwanted-email reports. Include a short description of the issue, not your password, sign-in code or private notebook contents.
You can also follow the account deletion instructions. If you cannot sign in, that page gives a support route.
